Commercial and Residential Building Permit Information Now Available in Property Profile

With another successful InsureTech Connect conference in the rearview mirror, we wanted to quickly recap the addition of commercial and residential building permits into Property Profile (full press release).

Over the last several months, Betterview has added natural hazard data, historical weather, assessor’s information, historical imagery, and now permit data. One of the benefits of aggregating all of this data is that while you may be able to gain some insights from each individual source, when you combine them, they tell you a more complete story about the inside and outside of a building.

Within each Property Profile report, users will now be able to scroll down and view the following permit information:

• Permit history and timeline
• Roof updates
• Yearly fire inspections
• Plumbing & electrical updates
• And more

Over the next few weeks, we will be announcing more updates to Property Profile including new imagery sources, computer vision detections, and an exciting new integration.
